TCCG Recruitment's Skilled Worker Profile (SWP) is a very comprehensive profile that has been developed to assist you in the decision making process of selecting the right skilled worker for your requirements.

Our SWP include the following for ALL TCCG Candidates.

• Video Profile: TCCG Recruitment have a list of standard questions which gives excellent insight into the skilled workers background and personality. In consultation with you we develop client specific questions which can be included in your profile at no cost.
  
• Resume: Standard formatting makes reviewing resumes a simple task.
  
• Skills Check: All documentation to verify skills, including copies of original certificates are provided to you.
  
• Police Check: Documented evidence is provided in the SWP
• Full Security Check: All Candidates receive a full in-country security check as part of their registration process

• Skills Check: Some of our clients require a skill check video to be produced. This allows you to actually see the skills being performed and assists with your decision making process. This is tailored based on your requirements. 
  
• Reference Check: Past 3 employers referenced and document provided confirming this has been completed. We can either assist with formatting of standard questions and or use to questions which already form part of your on shore recruitment process.
  
• IELTS Score Included: Our average minimum score for all skilled workers facilitated through TCCG Recruitment is 5, the minimum level is dependent on immigration and client specific requirements.
